Medicare Certified Home Health Services
Our skilled staff that include Registered Nurses and licensed Therapists provide medical/skilled home care services to our patients with diverse needs.
- Skilled Nursing: services provided to patients that are recovering from any injury or serious illness. These services include but not limited to medication management, wound care, intravenous therapy, pain control, etc.
- Physical Therapy: customized therapy/rehabilitation program/services tailored to the patient’s needs to regain strength in muscles and joints.
- Occupational Therapy: therapy services provided to patients to promote health and wellness in areas such as relearning activities of daily living (eating, bathing, etc.)
- Medical Social Work: counseling services provided to patients dealing with crisis that include but not limited to loss of a loved one, disability, etc.
- Speech Pathology: speech therapy services provided to patients experiencing challenges with speech, language, social communication, etc.
Home Care
Our Home Health Aides (HHA) provide nonmedical home care services to our patients, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). They assist and provide support to elderly and disabled patients with activities of daily living.
